Rubber Moulding Press
We manufacture and supply optimum quality rubber moulding
press (closed frame) which is fabricated with quality steel plates. Our range offers
minimum frame deflection, practically to zero under maximum load
condition and uniform moulding over the entire working area.
Cylinder / Rod Unit:
- Uses forged steel bar/steel shafting of grade I steel which conforms to CS-54 IS 1030-1974.
- Use phosphorous bronze bush to guide piston rod
- The piston use alloy steel, machined, ground, hard chrome-plated and buffed for long life
- Chevron packings are used to prevent leakage over piston rod
Platens: Platens use steel plate of IS 2062 grade in the
fabrication. Accurately machined and grounded to achieve proper
flatness of platens.
CONTROLS: Available in hand lever
operation as well as in push button operation or foot switch operation
with / without degassing facility and timed reversal.
Hydraulic system: The
hydraulic system used in the press offers low power consumption, is
efficient and is compact in size. It incorporates pressure control
valves & directional control valves which is sourced from reputed
vendors such as Yuken, India and Polyhydron.
Electricals: Hand
lever operated presses are provided with push-button type starter, with
motor on/off push button, power isolator, power-on lamp and many more.
This is placed in a sheet metal fabricated cabinet and mounted on the
power pack at a convenient height.
Push button/foot switch
operated presses are provided with motor on off push buttons, power
isolator, power-on lamp, contactors, relays and timer. This is placed
in sheet metal cabinet and mounted on the power pack unit at a
convenient height.
These are available with energy economy
regulators and electronic temperature controller with/without indicator
as required in the application area.
Steam Joints: Presses with steam heated platens are provided with steam joints and inlet-outlet steam headers.
