Hydraulic Rubber Moulding Press

moulding press have following specifications :

- Zero deflection under maximum load condition
- Uniform moulding over the entire working area.
Cylinder / Rod Unit : The cylinder use forged steel bar/steel
shafting of grade one cast steel which conforms to CS-54 IS 1030-1974.
Piston rod is guided by phosphorous bronze bush. The piston rod is
fabricated using alloy steel, machined, ground, hard chromeplated and
buffed for its longer life. It also use chevron packings.
Platens :
The platens of the presses use qualitative steel plate of IS 2062
grade. Platens are accurately machined & grounded to attain proper
flatness. The platen is fabricated as per the requirement.
Controls : Controls are available in different form such as :
- Hand lever operated
- Push button operated
- Foot switch operation with / without degassing facility
- Timed reversal
Hydraulic System: The
hydraulic system of the press consumes less electricity and is most
efficient part of the press. Compact in size it incorporates pressure
control valves and directional control valves. These components are
sourced from reliable sources such as Yuken India and Polyhydron.
Electricals: These are available with push-button
type starter, with motor on/off push button, power isolator, power-on
lamp and many other facilities. It is placed in a sheet metal
fabricated cabinet and mounted on the power pack at a convenient
height.
Our push button/foot switch operated presses are
available with motor on off push buttons, power isolator, power-on
lamp, contactors, relays and timer and many more. Such press is placed
in a sheet metal cabinet and mounted on the power pack unit at a
convenient height. As required by the application area our presses use
energy economy regulators, electronic temperature controller
with/without indicator to regulate/control platen temperature and strip
heaters are used to heat the platens.
Steam Joints : Presses are available with steam joints and inlet-outlet steam headers.
