customer requirements of Heavy duty applications. The range of Hydraulic
cylinders manufactured by us are known for quality, reliability &
high performance. Such hydraulic cylinders convert fluid energy to an
output force in a linear direction for executing different jobs.
Hydraulic cylinders are used in pushing or pulling applications in
engineering industry as in machine tools, earth moving equipment and in
space applications.
Range
Bore Dia.: 80 mm to 1200 mm.
Pressure: up to 600 bar.
Stroke: up to 8000 mm long.
Constructions
- Tie Rod or all welded type cylinders can be supplied depend upon application.
- One single piece [without welding] can also be available.
- Special Cylinders with Transducers fitted internally Or Externally can also be supplied depend upon application.
- The main parts of any Hydraulic Cylinder are Tube , Piston & Piston rod and seals.
Tube
The cylinder tube barrel material is selected on the basis of working
pressure. Normally , we use seamless honed tubes of ST 52 grade to
super hone finish which provides long seal life.
Seals
All our cylinders employ international Quality seals like Halite, Parker, Sj Or Equivalent for long trouble free life.
Piston Rod
The raw material for piston rod is of En 8 0r En9 grade. The rod is
precisely machined , ground, Hard Chrome plated & buffed to ensure
maximum seal life.
Piston
The piston & guide bushes are made of Phosphor bronze casting to ensure long life of cylinder barrel & piston rod.
